Living in the HOOD!

It was a highlight of my day when we had drama in my neighborhood. I was at my parents when it came on the news that there was a high speed chase and it ended two streets away from my house. There were three people involved. All three jumped from there car. A girl tried to jump a fence and didn't make it. One man stole keys from a house and stole a truck. The police shot him DEAD in his tracks. My dad took me home. I was thinking my neighborhood would be blocked off and maybe have to show ID that I did lived there. Well I didn't even see a Police officer. I made my dad search my house. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to clean my house. I politely told him I only clean two days a week and tomorrow was that day. My friend called me and asked if I was being held hostage. The other guy took a hostage on the same street. I thanked her for calling and checking on me. She was the only one that called. How sad. I got two phone calls from the police saying to keep my doors lock and don't let anyone in the house. I later received a call saying they were all caught and I could stop looking out my window. By the way Ryan was out of town!!!! I told him that it was nice to leave his wife and daughter home alone to see some men throwing a ball towards a hole. But we are still here blessing his life.

I told you to not go home. I am glad that you are OK, but you are crazy. There is no way that I could have slept.

Glad to hear that you are safe. We too have some moments like that. In fact Jacqui got to witness a hostage being taken by the SWAT team. Hey Happy Late Birthday I know you are still so young but you have seriously never looked better. I think that you are just beautiful.

AWHHHHHHHH! I'm so glad you are okay! I didn't know that was your neighborhood! This is why I have a pistol by my bed... Nobody better mess with me! (don't worry, it's locked up so the kiddies won't get it)

ohmigosh, what a scary story! I can't believe you went home before they caught everyone. And to think Ryan thought he had to go to SLC for some excitement that night.

Um...Wow?! I'm scared for you but I sure am glad you have your dad there to protect you and to check your house. I would feel safe with Uncle Lee around.

Glad to hear that everything is okay and that you and Jade were safe. Nice timing on the out-of-town trip there Ryan!
